Service Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered once a service has been completed, as labor and time have already been provided. If you feel a service was not performed correctly, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can review the issue and make it right when possible.

Cancellations

If you cancel a scheduled service with reasonable notice, no fees will apply. Same‑day cancellations may result in a partial charge or forfeited deposit depending on the situation.

Weather & Conditions

If weather or unsafe conditions prevent us from completing a service, we will reschedule at no extra cost. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather.
